Body & Neck

The ‘Old Glory’ Les Paul Custom features a Mahogany body with weight relief, for comfy playability without sacrificing that glorious tone. The glued-in Mahogany neck has a mid-50s C profile, chunky enough for snarling blues styles. Other notable appointments include a clipped dovewing headstock and Les Paul Custom-style white & black binding throughout.

Electronics & Hardware

The Seymour Duncan P90 is modelled after the first generation of hand-wound P-90 pickups invented by Seth Lover at Gibson’s original headquarters in Kalamazoo, Michigan, in the late 1940s. Adopting a less-is-more approach, JJN opted for a simple volume & tone control combo – let the tone do the talking.

Nickel hardware completes the picture, with Grover TM Rotomatic machine heads, a classic wrap-around ‘lightning bar’ bridge/tailpiece, and a unique Blues Power engraved plate just below the bridge.
