Standard by name but not by nature, this wonderful American made Stratocaster has an exceptionally vintage feel and tone. Likely aided by the bent steel saddles that were first introduced on this production year, it's tone is sweet, interesting and old, while it plays like a modern guitar.

The C shape neck is slim but not noticeably skinny and the 9.5" radius and modern frets are just a joy to play. The rosewood fretboard and alder body have a lovely springy sound and the staggered pole pickups add a little pre-cbs nuance into the mix.

It's in excellent condition with only a few marks on the back from a guitar stand. The frets are in excellent condition at it comes with the original tremolo arm and moulded SKB/Fender hard case.
