Rare Nashville made Historic, in very good condition setup with 10-46 NYXL's, this one has Burstbuckers fitted rather than the (mediocre) Classic 57's, definitely an upgrade in my opinion. Build quality is definitely better than a Memphis one if that's your thing but I'm still a big Memphis fan boy and no guitar can change that. It's very clean with some weather checking around control knobs and a few scratches on back, comes in original case with the most candy I've ever witnessed with a guitar.
