This 1979 Gibson SG Standard is a wonderful guitar for people interested in getting into the vintage guitar market without needing to remortgage any houses. At almost 40 years old this guitar has a tonne of old school cool factor, not to mention a wonderful tone. 

The neck is a nice medium shape, not as skinny as some vintage reissues or mid 80s examples can be. Having recently been professionally re-fretted it's fantastic to play and the original Tarback pickups have a wonderful vintage p.a.f style openness and clarity.

With only a few marks, to be expected on an instrument this age, it's in very good condition. It comes with a good quality aftermarket hard case for good sturdy protection.
