Refund policy

We operate on a common sense return policy and we do not feel the need for pages of disclaimers. You are fully entitled to return an unused product and get a refund from us, within reasonable time that is 14 days on UK purchases, we don't accept international returns.  There will be a 2% transaction fee and delivery price deduction on your refund as we don't sell guitars on a trial basis without the costs reflected. We do not charge a restocking fee. All guitars are as described and as photographed which forms the part of description. We do not photograph every imperfection or specificially highlight them in description. Unless it's described as mint there will be varying degrees of cosmetic imperfections, usually in line with the guitars age. We personally inspect and service every guitar fully before shipping. Please read our detailed feedback on Reverb and Ebay that was left by paid genuine customers. Guitars bought / collected in person are subject to a 20% Restocking fee.
